Each piece of timber is hand-finished by skilled craftsmen ensuring that you and your customer will be delighted with the result. A designated dust free environment has been created solely for the purpose of oiling bespoke worksurfaces ensuring the very best possible finish.
3 coats of oil are provided to the top/underside and 5 on the end grain. We also make sure the correct drying time is allowed and that each surface is sanded between coats. Our supplier lead-time on bespoke timber is one of the best in the industry at just 6 working days from order to delivery.
Our long established suppliers have made a significant investment in quality woodworking machinery. Their CNC machine allows them to cut drainer grooves, bolt holes, sink cut outs and 6 different profiles with a level of precision simply not possible by hand.
We realise recognises that good fitters are scarce and their time is valuable. Mindful of this, our bespoke service provides a fully finished product (each order is dispatched with the relevant fittings, installation guide and aftercare kit) so installation time can be kept to an absolute minimum. There’s also no waste with a bespoke solution what you order is what is used.
